At IRF Group, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which product returns may be considered.

1. Non-Returnable Products

• All products sold by IRF Group are considered final sale and non-returnable, except where otherwise required by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• In particular, construction materials, custom-made items, cut-to-size products, or goods manufactured or adapted according to the client’s requirements are not eligible for return.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

• In the rare event that a delivered product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, the client must notify IRF Group in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

• Proof (such as photos, videos, or carrier reports) may be required to assess the claim.

• Upon verification and approval, IRF Group may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the defective product, or

  • issue a credit note of equivalent value for future purchases.

3. Conditions for Any Accepted Return

• No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from IRF Group.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition.

• All costs associated with the return (including transport, handling, insurance, and any applicable customs duties) are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Refunds

• IRF Group does not offer cash refunds, except where legally required.

• Any approved refund will be issued as a credit note or replacement, excluding shipping and customs charges, which are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refused Returns

• IRF Group reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• IRF Group’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased and confirmed as defective by us.

• IRF Group shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, additional costs, delays, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered products.
